Model C low pressure regulators were amoung the first self-contained regulators to meet the pharmaceutical and food industry standards for sanitary liquid, gas and clean steam service. All Model C Regulators feature stainless steel bodies. Interior body surfaces are electro-polished to a 10 micro-inch Ra finish for exceptional smoothness. There are no welds to hold fluids or contaminants. The smooth surfaces and angle-style design facilitate self-draining, and the patented lock-open feature allows for convienent CIP and SIP. The Model 3381 are inexpensive, bronze low pressure regulators. This low to middle capacity regulator can be set from 5 - 300 psig. For use on fluids, gases, oils, steam, and air. |
The Model BQ is a relief regulator suitable as back low pressure regulators or bypass valve for controlling inlet pressures between 5 and 300 psig (.34 to 20.7 Barg). For 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" (DN8, 10, and 15) process piping. Available options include cryogenic construction and differential / pressure loaded construction. Low pressure regulators model BQ include interesting features such as versatility with their four body materials and fifteen trim material combinations allow compatibility with many fl uids. Model BQ's large orifice and diaphragm provide sensitivity with high capacity. They also have a tight shut off feature feature with its composition seat which is available in several materials. They're designed for controlling a wide range of fluids including air, inert gases, cryogenic gas or liquids, chemicals, water, fuel oil and steam. |
