The NJM/CLI product range includes packaging line integration, Counting solid dose, Capping, Labeling, End of line solutions, Print & Apply + RFID, system validation, installation, set-up, operational training and comprehensive product documentation. This “total solution” approach reduces installation and start up time. Specializing in tablet counting and more, NJM/CLI offers complete turnkey packaging line integration. Except for some inspection systems, NJM/CLI set up the entire packaging line integration, including non-NJM/CLI equipment, in its manufacturing plant in Montreal, where debugging and acceptance testing took place. |

Originally installed in a specially constructed room that allowed the line to be laid out in a simple U-shape, the line was moved to a new location after only six months to make room for a fourth packaging line. Due to the complex engineering involved in the packaging line integration, the move required a complete redesign. Eight major pieces of equipment comprise the new packaging line integration. Although there is no electrical connection between the machines, sensors placed before and after each piece of equipment on connecting conveyors act as start and stop switches, synchronizing machine operation. |
